Recommended Tools & Appliances
KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer
KitchenAid
It automates the kneading process for the 3.5 cups of flour, saving significant physical effort and ensuring a smooth, consistent dough texture.
Rolling Pin
It is essential for evenly rolling the dough out into the precise 16x12 inch rectangle required for uniform cinnamon rolls.
Baking Pan
A high-quality 9x13 metal or ceramic pan is crucial for achieving an even bake and allowing the rolls to rise properly against each other.
Digital Kitchen Scale
Measuring flour by weight instead of volume ensures the dough hydration is perfect, preventing the rolls from becoming too dense or dry.
Silicone Mat
It provides a non-stick surface for rolling out the dough and makes it much easier to clean up the flour and cinnamon mess afterward.
