Recommended Tools & Appliances
Roasting Pan
A sturdy roasting pan with a rack is essential for keeping the ham elevated to ensure even heat circulation and better glaze caramelization.
Pastry Brush
A high-quality silicone pastry brush allows for easy and even distribution of the sticky honey glaze across all surfaces and into the diamond cuts of the ham.
Meat Thermometer
An instant-read meat thermometer is critical for monitoring the internal temperature to ensure the ham is heated perfectly without drying it out.
Whisk
A wire whisk helps efficiently emulsify the honey, mustard, and pineapple juice into a smooth, consistent glaze that adheres well to the meat.
